How to order spare keys

If you cannot find the key code for your bike or lock, you can also check your paperwork from when you first purchased your bicycle—the "Bike Key Code" and "Abus Lock Code" may be included on the page that has bike details such as the serial number. The Bike Key is the key that is used to remove your bike's battery, and the Abus Lock code would be for a lock or u-lock.

If you don't have records of your bicycle key code, another option is to have your lock barrels replaced; you'll get a new lock along with new keys. If this is needed, please schedule a service appointment at The New Wheel so we can assist. 

If you don't have your Abus lock code, you can purchase a new lock by visiting shop open hours.
