Remove and remount Bosch PowerPack battery

You will need your battery key to remove the battery. 

1. Turn the electrical system off.
2. Insert your key to unlock the battery, then remove the battery from the frame by tilting it up/out by the handle, then pulling up.
   
   
   

   Handle Batteries Carefully! Handle the battery carefully to avoid dropping. It can be heavy. Place the battery on a clean, dry, level, non-conductive, and non-flammable surface.

3. Check for any contamination (foreign objects, dirt, water, etc.) or corrosion of the contacts. If needed, clean with a soft dry brush, compressed air, or if recommended by the manufacturer isopropyl alcohol or electronics contact cleaner.
4. Reinstall the battery, making sure it is properly mounted. Place the contacts of the battery onto the lower holder (A9), then tilt the battery into the upper holder (A7) until it engages and makes an audible click.
