Bosch battery troubleshooting

 If your bike is not turning on or if your battery is not charging, here are a few things you can try:

1) Try charging the battery off the bike, as well as on the bike.
2) You can also try your charger in another outlet; ideally one that's in a different part of your house (and on a different electrical circuit).
3) You can try resetting your battery. Remove the battery from the bike, then press and hold the on/off button for 10 seconds to reset the battery management system. Reinstall the battery and turn on your bike.
