Purchasing an Electric Bike

The first step is to test ride bikes. This is the best way to know what is going to be best for you and your life. You can book a test ride appointment at newwheel.net/ride

Once you have decided on the right bike for you our sales specialists will write you a full quote for the bike plus any accessories you might like. We can write you a quote in person in the shop, or you can call in and receive a quote by email. 

When you are satisfied with your order, we ask for a 50% deposit to get started reserving your bike. If you are special ordering a Riese & Müller bike from Germany, we ask for a full deposit. 

Once your deposit is received we will send you a confirmation of your order and your order will be submitted to production. 

Once your bike build is complete, your order is quality controlled and then delivered to the store of your choosing for pickup. We will reach out to schedule your new bike orientation where we will ensure everything is setup right for you and any questions you have are answered.
