Bosch Assist Not Working (Console Staying in Off)
If you are unable to set the assist level on your Bosch ebike and the display stays in off mode or shows an assist level but your pedaling doesn't engage the motor, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Turn off and on your console
- Turn off the console, remove it from the console bracket, wipe down the contacts on the back of the console, reinstall the console and turn it back on
- Press the power button on your Bosch battery to bypass the console on/off button
- Hold down the power button your console for 5 seconds to reset it
