Change of Ownership

If you sell your bike that was purchased from The New Wheel, or if you purchase a used electric bike that was originally from The New Wheel it is important to let us know so we can update the bike record to track your service history, service plans, and warranty.

1. Submit a Change of Ownership Request Form
2. Once submitted, the original owner will receive an email requesting an approval of the ownership change
3. Once approved, we will update our records
4. If you choose to continue with a Service Plan, we will reach out for a current credit card
